At iSTYLE Apple Stores, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium Apple products. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, sealed packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your iSTYLE account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the item you wish to return and receive your Return Authorization Number.
Pack Your Device
Carefully place the item in its original Apple packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories that were included in the box.
Ship or Drop Off
Attach the provided shipping label to your package and drop it at an authorized courier point, or bring it directly to any iSTYLE retail location for an instant inspection.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians verify the device condition and ensure 'Find My' is disabled, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
